Not sure what to say?

I will miss talking with David at our Garden Group and his friendly manner. David always could answer our gardening questions.

Having been your McKnight neighbor for many decades, we wish you a good journey. A true gentleman, and one who loved to share his gardens, we will miss you.

Rest in peace, David. You were always a gentleman, and very gracious whenever we'd meet.

Will miss you my dear friend of over 43 years, truly a gentleman of the first order, you have left a vacuum in the lives of all who knew you.

David was always welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. May he rest in beautiful gardens.

Dave was a great guy to work with, He had a very dry sense of humor which always made for a fun day. He will be sadly missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing David Jordan through my work. I was his letter carrier for many years in Springfield. I always felt his kindness and gentleness whenever we would meet.It truly was a blessing to work for him, as he always lifted my spirit to see him, and his beautiful garden.

You were a remarkably gracious neighbor, David, I always enjoyed talking with you over the back fence, and admiring your spectacular gardens. Will miss seeing you around the neighborhood. Fly high now.
