Not sure what to say?

DAVID WAS AN EXCELLENT COOK AT HARDEE'S. HE KEPT EVERYTHING SPOTLESS EVEN THOUGH HE CALLED ME THE DRILL SARGENT, WE STILL HAD A LOT OF LAUGHS EVEN THOUGH WE WORKED HARD. HE HAD A MISCHIEVOUS SMILE . YOU NEVER KNEW WHETHER HE WAS SERIOUS OR PLAYING A JOKE ON SOMEONE. THE VISITS AT PCH WERE SHORT BUT I ENJOYED GOING BY JUST TO SAY HELLO. HE WILL BE MISSED GREATLY BY ALL. HOPE TO SEE YOU IN HEAVEN ONE DAY.

JB and Sandy, so sorry to read of the death of your brother. May your peace and comfort be found in the Lord and your friends during this difficult time.
Love, Danny and Bonita

Our thoughs and prayers are with all of you at this time of your loss.

To Davids Family:
I worked with David many years ago in Narrows and he and I became really good friends. I have lived in NC for 20 years and when I would go home I always gave him a call and we would talk for hours. He was such a wonderful person and I know that your hearts are breaking but he is in a better place. Remember all the good times and all the hours of love and laughter he brought to you. I know that he is watching down from Heaven and smiling that wonderful smile he had. God...

I knew David when he was a cook ( a really good one ) at the Narrows Truck Stop ( when it was just that) I recall David often standing near the slot where orders were placed for the waitresses to pick up, ears cocked and listening to the non-sensical conversation coming from out front. Many times he would state it thusly: "I heard the truth not just once today...but twice. Amazing ! ! " And it truly was. I'll miss David...
