Not sure what to say?

David was a brother to my friend Trudy Judd Kaiser. We were related by marriage. He was always very vivacious and full of life. His parents took us to Beaver Baseball games in Portland. I am very sorry for your family´s loss.

I was one of David´s caregivers. I loved walking with David during our beautiful PNW summer days; as I walked he would be driving his power chair suggesting we keep going, when I reminded him I was actually walking and he was riding we would both chuckled so hard that we both had potty accidents. I´ve actually started bike riding because of him. Forever in my heart. Hugs to you Kathryn. Just a phone call away!

I knew David during his City Hall days and later we even enjoyed a bit of time at the Oregon coast together where we have home across street from Kayser's. Ross worked with wife Kathryn occasionally both being involved in IB. We are out of town on the 6th for the celebration of life. It's been a long while, but thinking of you now in sympathy and remembrance. Fondly, Ross and Nancy

David was one of the all time greats. When public servants moved mountains. He was a friend and hero to me.

David connected me with a job that changed my life immeasurably. Such a dear, wonderful man. Thanks to his family for supporting his important public service.

David was a great friend and office mate when we served on the staff of Portland City Commissioner Mike Lindberg. I was new to politics and he was a great guide. Our prayers go to David and his family.

David was a joy to work with and see at arts events, sports and Parks happenings. He supported the community gardens and horticultural work of Parks. I thought that he would make a great Parks Director. We miss you, David.

Dear Kathryn and family - my sincere condolences with the loss of David. It was a pleasure working with him all those years ago in Mike Lindberg's office. David was such a kind and gentle person. Take care!
