Dear Mark, We were sorry to hear of the loss of your son. We haven't seen him since he was a little boy. Our sympathy to Melissa, too. We were gone on a vacation last week and learned of the tragedy too late to attend the service. Our sincere thoughts and sympathy. Maurie and Betty

Dave was - and remains - one of my favorite students (I was one of his teachers in Hermantown). I could always count on him to bring me a cup of starbucks coffee! I am heart broken and send his family my thoughts and prayers.

We never met David, but our family drove past the accident while on vacation and felt such sorrow for everyone involved. We have prayed often for God to provide peace to those it affected. Please accept our sympathy and know that we will continue in prayers for you all. "'Call to Me, and I will answer you..." Jeremiah 33:3
