Not sure what to say?

As Big Dave was my brother-in-law, there are many, many moments that he brought to my family that made our lives better. His sense of humor was without parallel and I still laugh at those moments.

Coach Katterhenrich was my coach and my mentor, and I, as well as all the guys who ever played for him, was taught by him, and knew him, looked upon him as their hero. He was only in my life for 2 years when he was at Westfall, but, like my good friend Gene Carfrey stated, Coach had a way about him to bring the best out of you. The twinkle in his eyes, his great sense of humor, and the way he treated you, made you want to be a better everything than you were. My sincere thoughts and prayers...

Coach Kat will not ever be forgotten. He was my Coach at Federal Hocking who taught me how to overcome adversity. He was an amazing coach and an even greater man. My condolences to the family.

Mr Katt. Was my health teacher at Central High School. I am deeply sorry for your families loss. I have often thought of him over the years. . I loved having him as a teacher in the 71-72 school year . To me he was a hero. He protected our class during the riot that was happening that year. I'll never forget him... may he rest in peace. ... God Bless you all.
