Not sure what to say?

David was my fiddle teacher for a short but sweet while. When he taught me a song and I was intimidated about how to approach the song he was always encouraging and said simply "you can do it just play it just play it" I will never forget that thank you David

My deepest sympathy to Richard, Cynthia and Carol on the loss of your dear brother David. My condolences to all his dear relatives and the many caretakers that were there with him until he passed. He is now at peace with his music being played all over and forever in our memories. My best to you all, Karen.

I first met David at Ashokan Northern Week and was impressed by his talents. His lifetime CDSS award in April was well deserved and almost too late. Sylvia Miskoe, Concord NH

He was a beautiful soul and glad to have enjoyed his music, which keeps my feet tapping in the car and dancing at home (for now). His love and spirit is still with us.

Love and music will always live on and David was the human essence of both. Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your wonderful brother.

David was the most legendary caller that the Guiding Star Grange in Greenfield MA ever had. Thousands of dancers flocked to the town in part because of David's talented calling for the contradances. He will be sorely missed.

Well done David !!
