Charlotte Slone Obituary

Charlotte C. Slone, 81, of Anniston, AL passed away peacefully in her home Sunday September 26, 2021. Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Susan Shipman and her husband Roscoe; son, David Slone and his wife Tracy; sisters, Carol Myers and Marian Kuhn; grandchildren, Meghan Slone Smith and Rachel Hannah Slone; nephew, Adrian Bruce Card; great nephew, Julian Card. She is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Byron Slone III; parents, Adrian and Lucille Culpepper; daughter, Stephanie Slone. Funeral services for Mrs. Charlotte will be Monday, October 4th, 10:00 A.M., at First Presbyterian Church of Anniston, AL with Rev. David Hodnett and Bro. Terry Tingle officiating. Burial will follow at York Cemetery in York, AL. The family would like to welcome friends at the church one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to make a donation to the charity of your choice in honor of Mrs. Charlotte. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.graybrownservice.com for the Slone family.
