Since my dad passed I don´t think I´ve gone a day without talking about him. I retell his stories at work or with friends anytime i get the chance. I probably talk more about him than anything. Some of my best memories are with him. A few of my favorite memories with my dad are when he would tell me stories, he would laugh and smile and wouldn´t forget a single detail i loved that about him, he told stories that you almost felt like you were there for. Or when we would watch gas monkey...

Dad, everyday my heart aches without you and some days are harder than others. Not one person in this world could have prepared me for losing you. Losing you truly is the most unbearable pain i could have ever imagined. But I will never let your spirit die, i continue to tell your stories and your advice to everyone, even people that never got the chance to meet you and they always say “i wish i could’ve met your dad”.

David and I worked on a couple of projects together. He was always very creative in his approach to problems.
He will be missed.

David Sr., David was a very sweet person and extremely talented in Real Estate and actually anything he set his mind to he accomplished. David was one of the smartest and most creative guys I have ever met. He was totally brilliant in seeing development opportunities that others could not see.
We all liked working with him and enjoyed his sense of humor.
We are very sorry to hear of his passing and are praying for his family. So young. Such a shock.
