Not sure what to say?

just saw this. i was getting ready for a fairbanks visit next year and he was to be my first lookup. i was looking forward to talking fishing, sheep hunting, flying, gavora days... truly one of a kind who will be really missed

I also sat on the Western Arctic Caribou Herd Working Group. O spoke with David occasionally and we'd always vote for Alaskan residents. David was a great friend and very interesting friend. He had some outstanding story's to tell. It took a while to get to know him and him to open up to you but I'm glad to call him my friend. I will miss him. Prayer fir him and his family. Wish I'd of heard this sooner so I could of attended his funeral. My you work for GOD now David. I'll see you again...

Dear Aldeen I am so sorry for your loss. All my love Glenda Helms

To Aldean and family, I offer hugs and prayers. We have many memories of those fun hockey years when our boys played together. Here's to David! May he rest in Christ's peace and forever in your hearts. Magically, John and JD Lentine

A life well lived, but too short. We admired this couple, and we send our prayers for comfort for Aldean and for the children.

Aldean and Family: It is with great sadness that I write this note of condolence. Dave always had that infectious smile and was a great friend. I will forever treasure spending time with both of you and will always remember the evenings we spent together breaking bread and enjoying a glass of wine. May the Lord bless you and the family and give all of you peace. Chick Wallace

Dave was one of my closest friends in the fraternity. He was always upbeat and sure that tomorrow would be a better day. We used to see Dave and Andean when they would come to Seattle. It wouldn´t take long before we were laughing about old times at the house. I am profoundly sorry that we have lost him.

Dear cousin Aldean and family, Our prayers and condolences go out to you all at this difficult time as your mourn for the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather. May God grant you peace and comfort. DeeDee and Tony Garzone (Lewis cousins)

We were members of the same fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi at the University of Washington except he was a senior and I was a freshman . David was an impressive leader and made me glad I joined. I last saw him in 2014 at the fraternity´s Centennial Celebration Gala in Seattle, all he was missing was his cowboy hat. A great guy , leaving us too soon.
