Not sure what to say?

To this day I think of him often with great fondness. One of the finest I´ve had the honor to know

I was at a law school event recently. It just reminded me that I miss David.

David loved Diane. I remember when Jen was married. He gave a beautiful speech about his love for her. I know that love still endures and the vibration of his love is still around us

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Dean King. He was the absolute gentleman, professional and scholar, and was a man that I admired and respected. During my first semester of law school I was faced with the difficulty of juggling the rigors of law school while also working full time. During this period I met with Dean King on several occasions and his candid advice and inspiration will always be remembered. My deepest sympathies to the King family.

I graduated in 1998. I remember how quickly and easily Dean King remembered our names. He was extremely approachable and accessible. I am blessed to have known him. I pray that his family will find much comfort in all the wonderful memories you created and shared with him.

My condolences to the King family. I was a student in his Property 1 class in 1982. He was one of the most caring and respected professors that I have had the honor to know. We will all miss him.

Dear Diane and family, so sorry to hear of your loss. The notice in the paper was such a wonderful tribute to all of his accomplishments. My prayers are with all of you. Sincerely Gerri Giering (dental hygienist New Haven Dental Group)

I was a student of his in 1982, Property 1. David was a firm believer in the Socratic method; on your feet, answer confidently or else. He was Professor Kingsfield with a smile and sarcastic sense of humor. If there was any one person who was the most responsible for my success in law school (following a mediocre performance in college), it was he. He made difficult subjects understandable. When I became a Judge in 2014, he was the only professor that I contacted. He not only remembered...

My deepest condolences on the loss of a great and selfless professor, mentor and man. Dean King was a knowledgeable and highly respected professor and one I will miss. The entire QUSL community will mourn his passing. I will miss him.
