KIRSCHSTEIN--David B. passed away on August 26, 2016 in his home at the age of 87. He was a Manhattan patent and trademark attorney for more than 60 years. A man of deep intellect, he had a lifelong love of opera, classical music, and literature. He was a loving husband to his wife of 60 years, Diane; a devoted father to his 3 daughters, Bette, Laura, and Bonnie and to their spouses, Jonathan, Marc and Edgar; and a caring grandfather to his 6 grandchildren, Alexandra, Elizabeth, Sarah, Samantha, Charlotte, and Ethan. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon onMonday, August 29, at King David Memorial Chapel at Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home in Mt. Kisco, NY.

Dave will surely be missed by our family. He was always a friendly sight to see at the flying field. I enjoyed spending flight time with him. The building skills that he had I will always remember him for. So glad I had the opportunity to fly with him. My condolences to Diane and his family.
