Not sure what to say?

My Dad was one of the world's best whistlers. He made sure I grew up on ponies and horses. He made sure my kids and I had plenty of Wolverine shirts. My Dad loved me.

Mr. Klosterman was my neighbor while growing up and was the best neighbor someone could ask for. He is a kind hearted, trusting, hard working, and God-loving man. Simply put, he is an amazing person who put his family and faith as his priorities. If we wanted a friend to hangout with, Mr. Klosterman was always our go to. From playing tennis to talking about whatever was on our mind. We are all blessed to have known him and always will be thankful for him. His family is in my prayers.

David was the greatest of neighbors, and we were friends for twenty years. He watched my six children grow up and impacted all of our lives in a positive, influential manner. His strong character was exhibited by his unwavering belief in God which lit his path in his actions, words of wisdom, and philosophy in life. His steadfast faith and loving family were always at the center of his life. My family and I will always remember Dave for his quick smile, enjoyment of John Deere tractors and...

I have been good friends with David's brother John for over 50 years. During that time I have had several occasions to meet and interact with brother Pete, (as John always referred to him). He was always a pleasure to talk with, and a most gracious host when John and I visited him for a golfing weekend. I have never met a kinder Christian gentleman. He will be missed by many. my sincere condolences to John and the rest of the family.

While I never actually met Dave face to face, I was lucky enough to have worked with Dave for 6 years at KSR. We communicated mostly by phone. You would be hard pressed to find a more pleasant, easy person to talk to. Often we would find ourselves on the phone twice as long as we needed to be discussing life and sharing our interests with each other. Dave led by example on how to treat people with kindness and respect. I will miss him. My condolences to his family.

I will truly miss Dave. He and I worked together at KSR International. He was always a gentleman as well as good humored, kind, and gentle. I wd marvel at his consecutive days of riding his stationary bike!! I know he has earned his reward in Heaven, but I will miss him down here.

David was somewhat of a mentor to me at KSR, and he came to become one of my very best friends; he said Grace before dinner at my wedding in 2010. He taught me what is maybe the most important thing that an engineer needs to know, that we achieve only through personal relationships. David couldn't help but show how proud he was of all his children and grandchildren. There was no one kinder, more compassionate or more patient, but best of all he could draw those same qualities out from...

Mr. Klosterman was my wonderful neighbor of 20 years. He will be remembered for his positive impact on the community and my family, as well as his love of cars, tractors, and his faith. He will be greatly missed.

David was truly a great man, friend, and a very understanding Boss. We had a number of great times together, around the office, trip to Japan, and trips to Detroit. I wish I could have see him again after he left Moberly. He will be greatly missed. God Bless.
