Dave was a man I truly admired. He was loving, kind, and very proud of his family. He always stood as father, grandfather, friend, who held the light through quiet attentive listening and impartial support. I used to ask him during our quality conversations if he had room in his heart to be a "father" to me also. Much love to you all.

Dave, you will be missed more than you ever could have imagined.

I always loved hearing the stories that my Dad and Mom would tell us about their good ol' times with Dave and Gary. Dave was such a happy, warm, loving person. I will forever remember his smile and how much laughter he brought to our home when he visited. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Dave's family and friends.
