Kozak family, Growing up with Michelle, Dave was always "Dad Kozak" to me! Always an incredible father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, always around for his family. He will be missed!

Dear Mrs Kozak and family, we are sorry to hear about your loss. We have many fond memories (especially Kathy) of Mr Kozak when I was growing up and into adulthood. I particularly remember all the fun my parents and the Lila Street neighbors had with you and Mr Kozak. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you during this difficult time.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Dave from the many years of playing hockey and golf with his grandson Andy. He never missed a sporting event. The love he displayed for his family could be seen from miles away as he made it a point to never miss out on an event. One of the things I admired most was how his relationship with his grandchildren stemmed way deeper than just a grandparent, but rather as a friend, mentor and mutual respect.
