What a good man and skilled attorney. He completely changed my cynical view of attorneys with his integrity and commitment to truth. Truly saddened by this loss. May his family be comforted.

I knew David during my career as a federal probation officer. What a fine attorney and person! He was unfailingly respectful and caring of everyone, regardless of their position or status. My heartfelt sympathy goes to his family and colleagues.

I had the pleasure of working with David for the past seven years. I sat next to his office and shared morning water cooler talk with him each day. David was the most genuine kind hearted person I have ever met. No matter what was going on in his life, he made sure to ask how you were. David was also the smartest person, considered by most to be a walking encyclopedia. I miss him terribly and am grateful to have known him for he truly is one of a kind.
