Dr. Kraft was a precious husband, father, grandfather, Doctor, friend, teacher and etc. He loved his life and profession even though he left us on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 10:30 am his life will for ever go on
because he gave so much to so many people in his teaching. I knew him for over 35 years and I will for ever cherish those years he shared with me as a friend and teacher.

Dr. Kraft was inspiration to all.

Dr. Kraft was an enthusiastic teacher, scholar and elegant physician. He was well thought of by our students, trainees and faculty. He will be missed.

While I learned much from Dr. Kraft about cardiology, first as a medical student and later as a resident and fellow, I'll remember him the most for his fantastic sense of humor. Always quick with a joke and a smile, he kept me on my toes and I was always working to get a laugh out of him (which came easily, I might add). I will miss him greatly.

Dr. Kraft was a dedicated teacher and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dr. Kraft was a great inspiration for all. His dedication and tireless committment to the field of cardiology and to the people in his life are a testimony to the man he was. He will be greatly missed.

Dr. Kraft trained at a time when the only tools the cardiologist had were his stethoscope and the ECG. It never ceased to amaze me the amount of useful information he could wring out of a single ECG. He never lost his curiosity or his intellectual rigor or his compassion. He was a patient teacher to the students and residents and an inspiration to the rest of the faculty. He will be sorely missed.

Dr Kraft will be greatly missed. Are thoughts and prayers are with you.
