Not sure what to say?

Dave was the consummate visionary. He saw distances in his mind that challenged me both personally and professionally. He seemed to love life and to really live each day with an inner joy and enthusiasm. Dave created wonderful memories for those whose lives he touched. I am grateful to have been blessed by knowing him…… by loving him. I will cherish those special memories for the rest of my life.

Dave was one of the most unique persons I have ever met: energetic, vital, quirky, and interested in many different aspects of life. I will miss his energy and enthusiasm, but mostly I will miss him.

Dave was his own person, an absolute rebel, and a passionate advocate. I am so grateful for all he's given me, for his perspectives and for his approach to life. I cherish our connection and our rare friendship.

Dave was one of the finest people I've ever known. He cared so much about others. He made time for people, was a great listener, had a dry, truly rapscallion wit, gently challenged others to move beyond their self-imposed limits, and conducted himself with the utmost integrity as a leader. I miss him deeply; however, I know that he is having the greatest adventure of all right now. I will always love you, Dave.

A quiet leader and a kind friend, Dave is missed by all so fortunate to have known him. We remember those words that he chose to share with us. We take strength in his enduring presence.

The first time I met David I was under his desk replacing his computer mouse. He had no idea who I was, but proceeded to give me a laundry list of problems he had with his computer. I was in David’s office many times after that to fix a variety of things, one being that he wanted to get online flight information and didn’t know how to set up the software. I was taken aback by how down to earth David was and how easy it was to talk to him. With his busy schedule he could still take a couple...

I will always remember Dave's distinct sense of humor.... Even today I can still hear those straight-faced quick quips and smile. Dave will be sorely missed.

Dave was a decent human being, which is the highest compliment I can pay to another person.

I will always remember Dave for his smile and his kindness. It was a great pleasure working for him. He will be missed.
