Dave and I were college friends at WSU-RF. He was an artist of enormous talent and a really good guy. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He came to Kansas City in the summer of 1974 to visit and look at Corvettes. It was so hot he would turn the air down to 60 trying to cool off. I still laugh when I think of Dave and that summer. He will be missed.

Dave was one of Ray's favorite fishing partners, Ray didn't know much about art but he knew a good person and he admired Dave's God given talent of artistry. Dave and Ray are probably fishing right now. May time heal your wounds and his art heal your soul.

It has been 6 days and I still can't find the right words. I am SO SORRY about your loss. Years ago I walked into Davids gallery looking for some framing and walked out wiht a new best freind. I cant recall how many chain saw blades we dulled clearing OZ. I will miss him.
