Not sure what to say?

A true friend and team mate. Thinking of you.

Miss you brother and always will . Think of you daily, and always will

Missing you even more today, after just what happened to me at the hall this week! I did it all for you, I know you are very proud of me, and would say, life goes on!! So I will stop crying, shake it off and move on! Love & Miss You so much!

Wishing you all comfort and peace to face all the days ahead and loving memories to hold in your hearts forever. Dave was a good friend and a great teammate for many years to Bob.

Dave, Doug, Leon, Tom, and those not mentioned, but thought of often, thank you all for being my brothers and the lives we shared. RIP

Miss you and think of you every day, love you

Life balances all things out, and true to his word, come Sunday morning Mr. K comes a knocking around 8am, " time to get up Dave " . And Dave, pretending not to...

David and I played wheelchair basketball together. Remember him well. What a great gentleman. He was a great ball player. RIP Dave l

It´s been almost two years already and I still miss you every day bro! Thank you for dropping so many pennies from Heaven!
