My condolences to Dave’s family. It was my pleasure to know and work with Dave for many years. He was professional, a tremendous resource to the boards I served on and always kind and thoughtful in how he interacted with people. That is my strongest memory of DaveI could always count on that smile. I will miss him.

I met David on several occasions dealing with the Upper Makefield Building & Zoning Dept. concerning many of my projects that I worked on in Upper Makefield Twp. and he was alway very professional and helpful.

Had a lot of good laughs and good times with Dave. He was a great friend that I could always count on and a man of his word. I was lucky to know him. I will miss you my friend. Rest in Peace.
