My enduring condolences and sympathy to the Lachiando family. I only learned of his passing today. Dr. Lachiando was the principal at Fairmont Jr high when I was a student there. He made a huge difference in what were a few of my darkest years. Dr Lachiando, may you rest in eternal peace, basking in the light which shone through you in life, for you lit the way for many.

Mr. Lachiondo was a teacher of mine at Garces in the early 70s. I have wonderful memories of him. He was a very energetic man and a wonderful teacher. I am sorry to hear about his passing.
