Noticed your dad's announcement while I was in AA recently and was reminded of you and your fun family. My condolences for your dad's passing. He sounded like an active and smart person. I don't remember him well, but I certainly remember enjoying spending time with you and Nancy and your mom ... so long ago. This, I'm sure, seems like it's out of the blue, but I wanted to let you know that I was thinking of you and your family.

It as been many years but I remember Dave Lake when he would visit John Maurer. My prayers are with his family at this time for your loss. Judy Cate

I recently played doubles table tennis with Dave and his son Chip. I was amazed to see how active he was able to be and enjoying life at the age of 94! He was an inspiration to all of us senior citizens. A great example to emulate. I enjoyed meeting him. My condolences to his family and friends.
