Not sure what to say?

I was remembering Nik tonight and am sorry to learn of Mr. Lane's death. I was the little blonde girl who helped with Nik's patterning exercises, sometimes wearing Nik's favorite color purple. Percy used to call me 'Nic- Ole!'. I have so many wonderful memories of William Land Park rides, movies and fun times together with him & Nik. I last saw Mr. Lane at Nik's funeral and will never forget the hug he gave me when he realized who I was. My thoughts and condolences are with you all.

Mr. Lane was an absolute delight to work with - regardless of the size of my case, he and Donna always made me feel like I was an important client. I will miss him.

Dave's older brother Daryl was my grandfather. Although I did not see Dave often, the times I did left a lasting impression. I remember Dave as a kind and loving man who always treated me like we spoke everyday of our lives. I also remember his ability to turn a sad situation into a joyous one with his wonderful sense of humor. I am sorry I was unable to attend the services today, but please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My sympathy's. Dave was a great man, and always my favorite Uncle.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Dave Lane, MAI. He was a giant in the profession of real estate appraisal and will be long remembered by those who associated with him.

Donna-
I am very sorry for your loss. David was always a pleasure to work with.

We were so very sorry to hear of David's passing. He was a professional. He was, simply put, a good person. Above all, he was good for Donna, Isaac, and Maggie. He leaves behind quite a legacy - one matched by few. Our condolences, Bill, Lorena, & Paul Chaffin

I knew David as a friend and fellow grandparent. Although we didn't see each other often, David was a joy to be around and always a gentleman. My prayers and thoughts are with Donna and David's family.

I had the pleasure of working with David Lane early in my appraisal career and will always remember him as a kind person and wonderful mentor. My prayers are with Donna and the rest of Dave's family.
