We worked at OSAH together for many years. He loved being an ALJ and was well-respected by all with whom he worked. He had a unique personality that kept us smiling and laughing. Dave enjoyed life. Barbara and his sons and daughter have my condolences and sympathy. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
