Not sure what to say?

No matter how many years pass us by, you remain in our hearts, minds and memories!

Dear Judy, Karen & Matthew,

I was so very saddened to learn of David's passing. I have known David since he was a "little guy" having grown up being best friends with his cousin, Cheryl. He was always so happy and was always smiling. I had not seen David for several years, but when I saw him again at Kristy's wedding he had not changed from that "little guy." He still had his warm and beautiful smile. I just know that he is smiling down on all of us everyday. My thoughts and...

David Lapos

Wrote this when I heard in Feb. and misplaced it.

Dear Mrs. Lapos, I was very saddend to hear of the passing of David. I was a classmate of his, Pannther Valley 1980. He was always smiling and very happy type of guy. He will be very much missed. My condolances to all of the family.

Dear Lapos Family,

I remember David from churst at the St. John's Lutheran Church in Lansford, from High School as I graduated in 1979, and all those summers we spent at Mauch Chunk Lake. David was also kind and smiling - enjoyed life to the fullest. When those we love have left this earth, we still can feel them near. We'll see a picture, hear a song, and it's just like they are here. Take comfort in your memories...

David Lapos was such a fine scholar and wonderful teacher. He introduced me to the importance of the Reading Specialist as a Literacy Coach. I believe his students were quite fortunate to have his support as a teacher. I know I feel blessed to have known him as a scholar when I was a relatively new professor at Kutztown University. With heartfelt sympathy, Dr. Jeanie Burnett
