David Felix Laroche

David Felix LaRoche 64, passed away at Kent hospital in Warwick on Saturday, with his family at his side. Born in West Warwick, he was the son of Felix LaRoche and Jean Montigny. David lived in North Kingstown from 1978 until 1993, and then in Newport and Portsmouth from 1993 until 2007. He was a retired real estate developer and entrepreneur who loved sailing, traveling, and philosophy, and music. David was also a devoted and loving father and brother. In addition to his mother and father, David is survived by his three sons, David C. LaRoche and Stephen LaRoche of Coventry, and Brian LaRoche of New Jersey. Also, he leaves his brothers Joseph, James, and John LaRoche, and his sisters Jane Leach and Carolyn Picket, all of Rhode Island. Calling hours will be held Monday, March 2nd from 6 to 8 pm at Carpenter Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, 10 am at SS John and Paul 341 S. Main St. Coventry.
