How very fitting is it that one of the pictures accompanying this wonderful remembrance of David has him joined by one of the Gordon Setters he and James had in their home. My wife and I bred Cameron and that was the start of a treasured friendship with David (and, of course, James). The annual post Christmas parties, and occasional dinners, only made us realize what a special person he was. We will miss him, and always remember him with fondness.
