PIQUA -- David E. Lavey, 74, of Piqua, passed away at 7:49 p.m. Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Ohio State University Medical Center. A gathering of family and friends to honor his life will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
