Not sure what to say?

To the Family of Mr. Lemery: I wanted to express my gratitude for having had such a great man as a teacher in 5th grade. He was such a positive force in my life that even now thirty years later I think fondly back on the amazing experience I had during that year. I cannot express in words how strongly he has impacted my life just for having known him. I am so grateful that he shared himself with countless people in his life so that each of us can carry a piece of his amazing love for...

To the family of Dave Lemery,
David and I were in high school together and had many friends in comman. I grieve the loss of such a jubilant spirit, but rejoice in having known Dave. He was a remarkable person, even in high school.
I am not surprised at the large and loving family he was part of, and I can almost hearing him telling good stories.
It is hard to lose someone special, but it is a joy to have known someone who personally and prefessionaly made a difference in our...

To the Lemery Family: I just heard last night from my Mother that you lost your brother this past weekend, I am so sorry for your loss. Amy, Lauren and I have you in our prayers.

Dave was a colleague and friend. We taught together at Orchard View and shared many great moments together. He was the one that got me interested in photography and as I used to say to him on this subject “taught me everything there is to know about taking pictures”. I remember some of our best times were when we both took a graduate class together at Blandford Nature Center mixing the study of nature and photography. He was very helpful to me in figuring out the manual controls of the SLR...

I saw David at Walmart parking lot by the donut shop just a few days before you were moving. Such a dear man. Our love and sympathy are with you. May beautiful memories of happier days sustain you. (Do you still have kitties?)

Mr. Lemery was my 5th grade teacher from 1989-1990. He was a great teacher who had a postive impact on my life. I have so many wonderful memories of that class. I loved studying Greece, making atoms using candy, and creating a Halloween scary story tape. He was an amazing teacher and will be missed by all.

To the Lemery family,

While I remember Mr. Lemery as one-half of a team-taught group of 6th graders at Orchard View Elementary (along with Mr. Quist), I will remember him most as being Bob and Sue's uncle. A great teacher and, I'm sure, and even better uncle.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

I was extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Lemery. He was my 4th grand teacher at Orchard View. He touched my life and made an lasting impact on me (even as an adult). I still remember his silly songs and now sing them to my daughter, who loves them just as much as I did. You're family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr. Lemery was my 5th grade teacher at Orchard View elementary in 1986 (the year before he took his motorcycle out West). Now I am the one who plays silly songs on my guitar to my kids. But first, he sang "The Golden Vanity" and made the whole class laugh with "Oh I Wish I Were A Little Cake Of Soap" and taught us discipline and encouraged a love of reading. He actually let me bring my pet to school (it was just a hamster, but they probably wouldn't allow it today)! He always fascinated us...
