Dave and my late husband, Don, would talk and laugh together and soon everyone would be laughing with them. The world has lost a truly great painter, teacher, and wonderful human being. You taught me to observe everything around me, in the beautiful colors of nature, that we normally take for granted. My family knew Dave for a long time. He was my father's friend and became mine too. He came into Walker's Art & Framing and i knew him all my life. Several years ago he painted a special WC for my mother of the Swatara Creek where she grew up. We will all miss him very much. He was a kind and good man - the best!
