Not sure what to say?

dave was always a kind and caring person , and a fellow classmate sorry he is gone jim bach

dave was a classmate and a good attorney when he served on shickshinny sewer authority as it,s solicitor, but most important he cared about others and went out of his way to help them as well

I knew Attorney Lipka only as a client. He helped both my parents and me tremendously. When my mother went to a nursing home, he helped me retain the family home, and aided me in dealing with the complexities of Medical Assistance. I am forever grateful for his help in my time of need. He was a good, caring man and attorney. My deepest sympathy to family and friends of Attorney David Lipka.

Dave's warm and good and gentle smile will be remembered by all the lives he touched. He was a genuine good and honest person who will be missed.

So very sorry to hear of your loss. Your strength through it all shows the love you both shared. God Bless you and your family.

John, I was so saddened to hear about your dad.

I know you are heart broken and I pray you will get through this.

David Lipka was a great Lawyer...He was never to busy to take my call or answer my question. He will be Missed as he was there for anyone who needed help. He will be missed, the Bar Association will not be the same without him...May he rest in peace.
