Not sure what to say?

I just heard of Dave's passing and I am so sorry. Although I knew Dave for just a short period of time in his life, I have thought about him over the years. That infectious smile! I'll never forget the time that we had a huge snow storm in Jackson. We were completely snowed in. Who showed up but Dave on his snowmobile. We rode to the nearest store and bought supplies (wine for hot Sangria). Hehe! He spent the day with my family... My condolences to all of you for your loss. He was a great...

I'm surprised at the degree of sorrow I feel after I heard of David's death. My brother Jay was one of his closest friends in highschool. My heart goes to the family .....their loss and pain . I am so sorry. From what I understand, he did live life to it's fullest and captured his dreams and did not stop. David's departure is truely sorrow and loss.

It's been more years than I know since I have seen any of you, but the Lockwoods and the Reeds were inseparable when we were kids. I still have a pic of Carol and I in the crib, 1 day apart. My condolences and love to you all, I wish I had known Dave was so close!

To The Family of David,
Live, laugh and love...that was David and we'll miss "Bother Locks" more than words can express.

Our deepest sympathy to you all.

Love

To the Lockwood Family, Dave was very inspirational in my life. While I new him for only a few years I really appreciated his love for life, work, and having a good time. I am deeply saddened by his loss and I will hold on to all of the goodness that he brought into my life. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Carol and Lori-
I am sorry to hear the tragic news. Dave was always a fun person to be with. I have not talked to him in years but from the comments it sounds like he did not change. You have been in my thoughts.

From the memories of our youthful invincibility we grieve the loss of the persons we have known. David was someone who pressed his smile and enthusiasm into my heart along time ago, though I have not known him or many of his friends since the truth remains as we journey along that the impressions of happiness remain. Much love to those who stand near this one bright light, David who has now gone on.

When I think back on good Parkside High School memories, Dave is in many of them. I was so sorry to hear about his death. Please know that you and your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Lockwood Family,
My deepest condolences to you for the loss of David. He was always a bright light...Sincerely,
Kirby North Johnson
