Not sure what to say?

I was shocked and saddened to hear what had happened. I remember Dave as one of the first chiro's I met when I started practicing. He was nice, fun and friendly. I am sorry for your loss.

We were saddened to hear of David's early demise. Our memories will always be of a vibrant and skilled leader of our profession, and supportive friend and colleague.

Martha, I was devastated in hearing of the loss of David. I will always remember that loving fun family coming into the Tomorrow Fund Clinic at Hasbro Childrens Hospital when young David was being treated. You are a remarkably strong woman and the little I did get to know of you I'm sure you are still being that strong Mother for your children.Love and God Bless to you David, Ben and Leah.

To Martha, David, Ben, & Leah, John, & Tom:
There are no words to describe the unbelievable loss of such a wonderful husband, father, and for me boss that David, (Doc) was. I continue on and go to work everyday but it is not the same no one will ever fill his shoes the way he did.
I truly miss him but will never forget what a wonderful person he truly was.

My deep condolences to you and your family. David was such an inspiration to my son and the football "family" in general. He truly cared about all the children he coached. We are so deeply saddened by the loos of such a great person.

To the Lombardi Family,
I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of David's untimely passing. My family and I have considered him to be both a doctor and a friend. His deep concern for our health has always made us feel we could rely on him for advice and help. He will truly be missed by all of us. May God shine His Blessings upon a friend, a dedicated doctor, and a wonderful human being.

To Martha and children:
I am so sorry for your loss and the loss of all who knew Dr. Lombardi. I was a patient of his for many years in Providence and in Lincoln. During my appointments, I would hear many tales of your family. It was apparent how much he loved all of you and what a great husband and dad he was. Always with a smile, a good sense of humor and ready conversation, he made everyone feel at ease and special. Please know how many lives he touched in a positive way...

To the family of David "Doc" Lombardi,
We were saddened to hear of the passing of Doc. We have fond memories of him as one of a very close group of men who played softball for Pariseault Builders for many years. The team brought a lot of joy to my late husband Bud and my family. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this sad time.
With sympathy, Mary Pariseault and family

To the Lombardi family:

I was deeply saddened to hear the passing of David. I had been a patient of David for many years in both Providence and Lincoln. He became more than just my Chiropractor, he became my friend. David's advice on life was something I always looked forward to when I went to the office. His smile was genuine and will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers will remain with you.
