I guess I lost out. He was shy but nice and I'll never forget those big eyes. Rest in peace my high school band friend. See you in the afternoon life.

Was very sad to hear my friend Dave passed on. I roofed with him back in the day, and was fortunate to hear him play his music from living rooms to stages. Thoughts go to his sister Pam during this difficult time

I just found out my old friend Dave left us. I roofed with him back in the day and I´ve not met many harder workers than him. Musically, he was so damn talented. He had pretty strong opinions about some things, and wouldn´t mind telling you, but that was all tempered by a caring, empathetic soul. I learned a lot from Dave, and knowing that I will learn no more makes me sad. My thoughts go out to his sister Pam and nephew. Matt Blumke
