Not sure what to say?

I moved away and was just sent Dave´s obituary. I worked for Dave at Longs Stationary back in the 80´s, he was a great guy and fun to work for. I´ve often wondered how he was doing and was saddened to hear of his passing. I know it´s been a year but my condolences to his family.

I worked for Dave and it was a great 4 years . The Silver Thunderbird , Whalers tickets .He was a great guy.

Laurie, Chris, Brian and Greg, I was so sorry to hear about Dave. He was great to me when I worked at Long's Stationery. He really was one of a kind with his jokes and stories. You're all in my thoughts.

Hey Chris and Greg, sorry about your loss.

Dave was a colorful and good guy. He was our account manager for many years at the Sheriff's Department. Always with a smile and a story or two. Wasn't the same when he retired. Rest in Peace Dave.

So many cherished memories Uncle Dave. It was always a little more light sailing to the block w you vs if uncle Jim was aboard. You were good to me and those trips on Long Winded are favorite memories of mine. As are trips to the "old" Ocean House and so many family family dinners/times on Clarke Ave. you made very smelly deviled eggs on your last visit to the beach house and we think we violated MFD standards by allowing your RV on the lawn. But no one cared! and we still talk about it with...

David and I did a lot of business together and we considered each other as friends. I surely miss him and I´m sure the world will miss such a great guy.

So sorry to hear of Dave´s passing. I worked many years at Longs Card and Stationary for Dave and his mother. My prayers go out to his family . May he rest in peace.
