CLOSED-Harvey Family Funeral Home Obituary

David Allen LOSH
18 June, 1953~10 October, 2013

David, a loving husband, father, uncle and brother, passed from this world peacefully last Thursday, October 10th, after a valiant battle against colon cancer.

David was born in the Maxwell AFB Hospital, Montgomery, AL, on June 18, 1953, to Marion Jean Slizeski Losh and John Harvey Losh, DMD, as his father was serving his country during the Korean War.

Dave grew up in the Blue Ridge Community of Seattle, attending Christ the King and Blanchet High Schools.
Although he attended some college classes, Dave was drawn to the Real Estate and Property Maintenance business from a very early age as he joined his elder brother in a house painting enterprise while still in high school. Dave eventually became a successful licensed Real Estate Broker and the co-founder of Seattle House Cleaning Company, in North Seattle.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and J. Harvey.
He is survived by his loving wife and business partner, Elsa "Lupe"; his children, Andreas and Kimberly; his sister, Andrea (Nick); two brothers, Terry (Bonnie) and J. Brian (Betsy); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Recitation of the Rosary will be Tuesday, October 22nd at 7 PM

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, October 23rd at 4 PM at

Not sure what to say?

David is already and will be missed by his friends at the Swedish Living With Cancer community!

I'm so sorry to hear about David. The last time I saw him was at an open house he had on Queen Anne. As always, he had a big smile and something funny to say. I was shocked to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear of David's passing. He grew up in the pink house across the street from us on Blue Ridge Drive. He was a loving husband, brother, father, son, and friend. His entire family is very close and wonderful. David will be missed.

So sorry for this sad loss, Lupe and family. Please accept Peter's and my condolences.
