Mr. Lubert passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015. Mr. Lubert was a resident of Opp, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He was preceded in death by his wife Pam. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday September 9 2015 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends at Wyatt Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 6 until 8.
