Not sure what to say?

I met Dave at Comcast. He was my manager, then my friend. I learned so much from working with him. One of the best managers I've ever had. Didn't take long to find our bond in music, and the humor of life. We were a close group within his dept., spent many company and public outings with Dave. You could count on many laughs, life's lessons, jokes, and of course the dance floor with Dave. I haven't spoken to him much since he retired, but I've thought of him often, and relied on the many...

I was heartbroken when I learned of Dave's passing. I knew Dave and worked for him at Comcast. He was a great designer, manager and friend. Kind, compassionate and articulate is what comes to mind. Music was His passion and I am glad He got to live His passion for a time after retiring from Comcast. God speed my friend. You were the best. Ken Stronski

Dave is a incredible friend and musician, easy to talk to and cared about everyone he ever met. The best Resophonic guitar player who used a flat pick!!

Today is Dave's Celebration of Life and sadly I am not able to attend. As a result, he has been on my mind all morning so felt the need to post a note. We met about 30 years ago at Comcast. As we became friendly, sharing our love of the Phillies and music, we joked that due to our similar hair styles, facial hair and glasses that we were Brothers from a different Mother. We stayed in touch after our retirements through phone calls and e-mails, visiting from time to time when I went back...

So sorry to hear of Dave´s passing. My parents, Ray and Nancy Fairchild, knew him through bluegrass groups and always spoke highly of him. Rest in peace, Dave. Stacy

Single Memorial Tree

Met Dave at Warner-Amex Dallas in '82. He had an image of Jim Croce painted on the back of his guitar. Forty years later we were swapping youtube videos and books about the musical types. I always had a Miller Lite waiting for him when he would come to Colorado. I'll continue to keep an extra one in the fridge.

Sorry to hear of David passing. Haven't seen him since High School.

I grew up with the Lucas family, lived right across the street.....so many fun memories. Dave was like a brother to me, great guy who will be missed.
