Not sure what to say?

Our family is so deeply saddened by the loss of such a great friend and Marine. Dave and I could always share a good joke about our tours of duty and I will sincerely miss him.
May God continue to keep his family in his grace and our prayers are forever with you.

Auntie Pat, Steve, Beth and the rest of the Lucci Family, I just found out about David, and I am deeply saddened. I offer you my heartfelt sympathy and prayers. May the wonderful memories of David help you during this very difficult time. I remember growing up on Cricklewood Lane, as kids, David was always so sweet and made me laugh. Him being younger we often looked out for him, and he was always so happy. It's been years since I saw him, but have fond memories of...

Dear Beth, I didn't know your Brother but I do know that you live your life by doing what he taught you. You are the most compassionate, loving, caring person I know! I am so sorry for you and your family. Let me know if I can help you in any way.

It is hard for me to put into words the deep and painful emotions I feel in the loss of my son Dave. I can begin by thanking God for being blessed with 3 loving and caring children. Dave was my middle child and from the time he was able to talk, he brought nothing but JOY into our lives. The close relationship he had with his older brother Steve and younger sister Beth was one that I, as a mother, always marveled at.
Dave seemed destined to lead, be it as a civilian or in the...

To Major General Toolan, Brigadier General Machut, Chaplain Rodriguez, Lt Col Bordonaro, Lt Col Mahoney and all the many Marines and friends, it was such an honor and privilege, to have met each of you during the weekend of Dave's services. I will ALWAYS hold close to my heart the many accolades and kind words spoken by all of you towards my son Dave. May God Bless and watch over you both physically and emotionally.

Dave was a great guy and I will miss him. I was lucky enough to get to know him first as a co-worker at TFC and later as a friend. Dave's combination of quick wit, great sense of humor, deep intelligence and straight talking honesty are rare in this world. He was special. My condolences to Cindy, Ric and the entire family.

When I was 7 years old Uncle Dave buckled me up in the backseat to go get some ice cream. At the time the ability to change the radio station on the steering wheel was the newest invention and it was about to create a memory that would last a lifetime. He looked back in the rear view mirror and told me, "Hey Lex,if you don't like the song on the radio you can just close your eyes and the song will magically change itself!!" As he watched my eyes open and close through the mirror he discretely...

I am truly blessed and proud to call Colonel David Lucci my uncle. He and my father taught me how to be a true gentlemen. His pride, intelligence, courage, kindness, loyalty, and faith are what defined him as a man. Although we mourn his loss, I know he will always be watching over our family.

Love you uncle Dave

My deepest condolences to the Lucci family on the loss of a great man, father, and Marine. I was stunned by the passing of Dave and I and his many friends will miss him dearly. Semper Fi and God bless.
