Caring thoughts on your loss. I visited David several times at the Nottingham. I always felt I got more from the visit than he did. He shared his memories of seeing Eulene and deciding that one day he would marry her. When she died his loss was unimaginable. I took a course from Prof. Lyttle primarily focused on Jonathan Edwards. We had many interesting discussions. I also remember that he held a class gathering at his home and I remember him proudly showing us his sail boat. Prof. Lyttle was kind enough to write a letter of recommendation for me when I applied for Law School.

David had a truly kind, compassionate, caring, sensitive and beautiful soul. I will miss him so much. Rest easy, my friend.
