There are no words to adequately express the sadness I feel in reading of David's passing. I worked with David and his brother, John, at Kight Realty & Appraising in the 80's. We had quite a team back then - Mr. Kight, John McGonigal, Cox Joynes, Richard Collmus, Holloway Weatherly, Gay Hill and myself. On Behalf of myself and the staff at the Department of Veterans Affairs Construction and Valuation department, we offer our condolences and prayers to the family. David was a part of the fee panel staff for many years and provided services to our nations Veterans to help them obtain homeownership. He will be greatly missed. God bless your family

So very sorry to hear this news. I met David and John years ago through Mr.Kight. Mr.Kight gave my daughter, Julie, her first job in the appraisal industry and the rest is history. David was such a sweet guy. We will always remember his kind and wonderful ways My most heartfelt sympathy to the entire family and office staff.

This is very sad news. I knew David from the HRAI and spent many meetings enjoying his company and his stories. I worked with him years ago on one of the committees as well. This is a big loss. God bless the family.

I always enjoyed interacting with Dave over the years as a fellow appraiser. He will be missed!!

I am so sorry to hear of Davids passing. He was such a sweet man, and was always willing to lend a hand when asked. He was such an asset to the appraising community. Peace and love to the whole family.

What a great loss with David's passing. My prayers are with you Leslie and family as you mourn the loss of your dear husband and father.
