Thinking of you, David

David was a good friend, father, and husband, a man of strong character. My family is grateful for the encouragement, inspiration, and information he gave us as our daughter continues to fight melanoma. We'll miss you camping, Buddy!

David and his brother Aaron grew up before our eyes, playing with our little boys, learning about Jesus in our Sunday school class. They are all grown up now, but David alone has reached his full potential, for now. The ache in our hearts can only be soothed by the knowledge that he is healed.

My nephew will be missed. His life was so successful and he touched so many people. I enjoyed camping and hiking with this sharp, energetic young man.

David was always my inspiration, his ambition and love of life inspired us all, I believe. God rest his soul.

Mariella and David are one of the happiest married couples I have ever known....I have seen Mariella through every stage from meeting David, the dating stage, struggling through college, their beautiful wedding, their first home, Sophia's birth and now the loss of David. Thank you David for being such a good husband to my friend and making her so happy. Your marriage will forever serve as an example to me of what a loving, healthy and happy relationship looks like. You'll be missed...

David was generous and compassionate. He was an apprentice of everything. He was very curious and had an inquisitive mind. He was pragmatic and resourceful. I will miss him! Most of all he loved his Mariela and Sophia.

I had the pleasure of meeting David in college; he was always fun to be around. He was a genuinely good human being; the world could use more people like David. I'm sure his example and legacy live on in the lives he touched. My heart goes out to his family.

A bright star snuffed out here and reignited in Heaven. Our loss much to soon.
