David J. Magnuson

David J. Magnuson, age 46, of Lynn, died on Friday January 21, 2011 at his home, with his family at his side, after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Mary (Taylor) Magnuson, his wife of 22 years. Born in New Orleans, LA, he was the son of Cary Magnuson and his wife Judy, of Florida and the late Jean (Zucaro) Magnuson. He had lived in Lynn for the majority of his life. David had worked for over 30 years as an Oil Burner Technician for many area oil companies. He enjoyed coaching the Women's Softball Team from Tonys, fishing, pool, and darts. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by 2 children Jennifer Lee Magnuson, and Jean Ann Magnuson, both of Lynn, a granddaughter Anasha Magnuson-Perez, of Lynn, 2 brothers Gino Magnuson, of N. Andover, and Mark Magnuson, of Indiana, 2 sisters Sharon Taggart, of Lynn, and Nancy Magnuson, of Seabrook, MA, his mother in law Mary Taylor, of Lynn, and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Cary Magnuson. His Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 7pm in the SOLIMINE LANDERGAN AND RICHARDSON FUNERAL HOME 426 BROADWAY (RTE129), LYNN. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hour's Tuesday 4-8pm.
