David James Mahan

What a wonderful and kind man.

I am truly sorry to read of the passing of Dr. Mahan. It was an honor to work for him in the school district. His integrity, love of children and concern for others set a positive standard. I am sorry I am not in town to be at the memorial service.

Jane, please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Dave. Wish We could be at the memorial service but will be there in spirit. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

You are such a gracious family. I think Dave knew how to bring the best out in people. You are in our prayers

As a foreign exchange student back in 1979 I had the privilege to live with your family and to call you dad. Many years have gone by but you have always been my beloved American father and I have always been your beloved Italian son. I will miss you, always.
