David C. "Magic" Majeski

David was my friend and helped stay sober. He shortened the "Serenity Prayer" to "Oh Well".

I'm going to miss hearing him say "it's a fine day to be clean and sober and with that I'll pass". I didn't know him that long, but I will miss him very much! Go Lions!!

To the Majestic families, he was a co-worker who did his job, had alot of friends among the squirrels on the prison grounds who ate from his hands. My condolences goes out to his family and friends.

My heart is broken. I will so miss Magic and his positive spin on the sober life. He welcomed and encouraged everyone who walked through the doors of the Alano Club. Whenever he yelled out YES after the twelve steps-my heart lifted. He welcomed every person who walked through the doors of the Alano Club. When foundry work disappeared he went back to school first received his GED and then his Associates degree. He secured a position at the prison and retired from there SOBER. The...
