Kate, Nick, Emily & Steve, no words can express how sorry both Kath & I feel about your loss. Dave was a good husband, father and friend and will be missed. I enjoyed all of the time he & I spent up north working on the house and all of the fishing that we did, so many memories. Dave will be missed. Our thoughts & prayers go out to you and your family.
