Not sure what to say?

I still think of David often -- his humor, his kindness, his humanity, his complexity. What a good guy! His memory does continue to be a blessing.

I walk by David's picture every day at the hospital. He was a wonderful person and we still sorely miss him still.

Very sad to hear of Dave's passing. He truly was a special person. His patients loved him, always answering all their question with a smile. His passion was making them feel better. Always open to our suggestions for his patient. Will be sadly missed by all. Prayers for his family.

So sorry to hear about David's passing. Still young. Besides knowing him as such a helpful and competent colleauge, I knew him from the soccer field, our kids used to play soccer together, seems like such a long time ago..Rest in peace

I am very sad to hear of David's passing. He was always a happy face and cheerful voice at Emerson. David cared deeply for his patients and for his colleagues.
My family will remember him and his family in our prayers.

I am sad to hear of David's passing. We spent many hours in the operating room together assisting one another with complicated vascular surgery. He was a talented surgeon who managed to keep his cool at all times. His family needs to know that David was a special man with many talents. I miss him...

I always concsidered Cousin David to be very special all the way back to playing wiffle ball at Shade Street may years ago !!
