So sorry that I did not know until today that you have left us. Its been a while since we worked together but I will never forget your kindness, and wonderful sense of humor. You were always there to teach me the OR knowledge I didnt have. My deepest sympathies to your family. You will be so missed.

Im not often at a loss for words, but I am often at a loss for the RIGHT words. We spoke last week of retirement on our fast paced walk out of the hospital. Dave was a treasure to know. There were many happy moments riding with him and his wife, Jan, as he gave up his precious time off to escort us around the area.Always a smile, always a funny comment ,always a pleasure. We will miss you , Dave , and are grateful for our time with you. You were so kind. Our prayers go with you.
