Not sure what to say?

I just found out last night that David passed. My heart and prayers go out to his family. I have many memories of David when we were in High School I will cherish them. God Bless.

Dave, was a very dear friend that I will miss very much. I met Dave back in 1986. I started Minor High School and Michael Hawkins introduced me to his best friend, Dave. We all became best friends. Dave and I even went to my prom together. We all spent a lot of time hanging out in Gardendale's parking lots. He also introduced me to the man I married, Brian Morgan. My thoughts and prayers are with Dave's family.

My deepest sympathies go out to Dave's family. I understand how hard it is to lose loved ones as I lost my brother in 1999 when he was 17 and my dad in 2005. Dave and I had met a couple of times to eat lunch at Pasquales in Forestdale a few years ago and he always had something to say that could make me laugh and cheer me up. I was passing Pasquales last week and he came to my mind and I was wondering how he was doing but had no idea of how to get in touch with him to say hi. I am very sorry...

I am so sorry to hear about David. I haven't seen him in years. I was randomly thinking about him the other day, maybe for a reason. Just remember Psalm 9:9 'The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.'

We enjoyed the many times Dave came by the house to eat and will always remember the great friendship we shared. Dave will be missed by many. Paul and Cindy (Warrior, AL)

I met David about five years ago, he's always been a dear friend of mine. Always upbeat and eager to listen. I just spoke with him last week, and he seemed good. I remember a few weeks back he, and grabbing a bite to eat and heading up 65 North- and the church I attend Gardendale Firt Baptist- he and I having a wonderful conversation about that Cross. I never had the chance to meet his family that he often spoke highly about. I lost my Father last year. He was very comforting. In my heart I...

I am so sorry to hear the news about David. Your family has been through so much over the last year and we will pray for your strength to continue. If we can help in any way, please let us know. Many prayers and much love, Ashley and Whitney Jennings

We are going to miss Dave so much. He has always been a great friend to us. Our football get togethers will never be the same. He could always cheer me up when I was down. He never gave up on Mike and I and we owe him alot. Your family will be in our prayers during your time of grieving. We want you to know that Dave was a blessing to our lives and we loved him and will miss him always.

Dave was a very good friend and will be missed by many! Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I can remember the day he broke down on 41st Street and walked all the way to my house by Hillview Elem and we took him home. He was always smiling and had a kind word for you no matter the kind of day he had! R.I.P. dear friend! Kristy Clark, Birmingham, AL
