The staff at Murray Parkway Golf Course would like to pass on our condolences to Karen, Joey and the entire Maynard family. Dave was a long time member of our Murray Parkway Mens League. Always the consummate gentleman, and the entire staff considered Dave a very good friend. We'll miss ya old buddy, rest in peace.
